Refund & Returns Policy

Due to the nature of our research products, all sales are considered final unless otherwise required by applicable law.

We do not accept returns of products that have been opened, used, or altered.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of the delivery date.

To help us resolve your claim, please include:

• Your order number
• A description of the issue
• Clear photographs of the shipping package
• Clear photographs of the product and any damage

After reviewing your claim, Nyvora Labs may, at its sole discretion:

• Send a replacement product
• Issue a partial or full refund
• Provide store credit
• Offer another appropriate resolution

If your package is lost during transit, please contact us as soon as possible.

We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate the shipment. If the carrier confirms that the package has been lost, we may offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.

Nyvora Labs is not responsible for packages that are marked as delivered by the carrier but are lost or stolen after delivery.

Orders may be canceled only if they have not yet entered processing or shipment.

Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled.

Because our products are intended for laboratory research purposes only, we generally do not accept returns.

If Nyvora Labs authorizes a return, the product must:

• Be unopened and unused
• Be returned in its original packaging
• Be accompanied by any requested documentation
• Be received within the return timeframe provided by our support team

Unauthorized returns may be refused or returned to the sender.

If a refund is approved, it will be issued using the original payment method whenever possible.

Please allow 5 to 10 business days after approval for the refund to appear, depending on your financial institution or payment provider.

For cryptocurrency payments, approved refunds may be issued in cryptocurrency or another agreed-upon method at Nyvora Labs’ discretion. Refund amounts may differ due to blockchain transaction fees or changes in market value between the original purchase and the refund date.

Refunds will generally not be issued for:

• Incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer
• Orders refused by the customer
• Products damaged due to misuse or improper storage
• Packages delayed by shipping carriers
• Orders that violate our Terms and Conditions

All products sold by Nyvora Labs are intended strictly for laboratory research purposes only and are not intended for human or veterinary use.

Misuse of our products voids any eligibility for refunds or replacements.
